Industrial Design and Innovation

Graduate Feature: Nikolai Sorensen

A huge congratulations to Nikolai Sorensen, former Product Design student for becoming a finalist in the SMEG Art Design Competition.

Nikolai worked alongside the Textile and Design Lab to create a seamless fridge cover as part of a competition run by SMEG. At AUT, students are extremely lucky to have such amazing resources at their finger tips such as the Textile and Design Lab to collaborate with, learn from, and explore. Making these connections while studying provides students with a wealth of knowledge as well as growing professional networks to collaborate with once working in the industry. Awesome work Nikolai!

Check out his design.
