Industry Interview Series: Rob Mayo | Customer Experience Specialist

In our second video of the Industry Interview Series, we talk to Rob Mayo – Customer Experience Specialist – about his involvement leading the Year 3 service experience design brief. As a customer experience specialist, Rob has worked for an array of different companies and organisations across the globe including his most recent work with Auckland Transport. The brief for the Year 3 students was to improve the Auckland Rail experience for it’s users through product and service interventions.
